1. Loaders Engine Pictures
Xichai 92kW engine enjoys strong power, large torque reserve and low oil consumption; the shock absorber with optimized
design reduces the vibration of complete machine largely; the flame heater unit is optional to ensure the engine can start normally in the region of low temperature.
2. Picture of transmission and torque converter
The separate type transmission and torque converter system is adopted for the convenience of maintenance. The single stage single way hydraulic torque converter enjoys large torque ratio (3.23) and high efficiency; the shaft-fixed type power shift transmission has reliable performance.
3. Cone-O seal picture
The Cone-O dual seal which conforms to Germany standard DIN is adopted for hydraulic pipeline and it is characterized by excellent sealing property and strong leakproof property.
4. Flexible shaft control
The flexible shaft control is lubricated by silicone oil to make the operation more easy and efficient.
5. Bucket
The bucket is solid and serviceable. The coal bucket and rock bucket are optional according to different operational object.
