The 936H brand-new wheel loaders are developed independently by our company through introducing the advanced experience of the loader manufacturers all over the world, for which adopted the designs of the advanced appearance and the interior decoration of saloon car, featuring the reasonable and unified arrangement. The separated torque converter-transmission system supplied by the domestically-renowned manufacturer makes the entire machine more reliable in performance,easier to repair and greatly enhances its reliability, versatility, comfort and operability. Comparing with the wheel loaders manufactured by other companies, 936H wheel loader has the following advantages: new and fresh appearance, shortest three-time cycle time (9.9s); maximum load and unload height (3230mm), minimum turning radius (4929mm) and farthest unload distance (1168mm)


Driving System of 936H Wheel Loader
92kW engine supplies the need of stronger power.
The separated type structure is adopted for the torque converter-transmission system to provide convenience for maintenance.
The three-element single stage and single phase torque converter with large torque coefficient and high efficiency is adopted.
The fixed-shaft transmission case adopted is reliable in performance and easy to repair.
The driving axle adopted has reliable quality, large bearing capacity and stable performance.


Hydraulic System of 936H Wheel Loader
1. The hydraulic system of the entire machine conforms to German DIN standard for which “conic-O” double seals are adopted to ensure a good sealing performance and strong resistance to leakage. 
2. The practical and convenient front-valve work system and steering system are controlled separately, which improves the system reliability, provides convenience for maintenance, reduces fault rate and makes fault easy to be found and eliminated.
3. The new multi-channel valve adopted can improve the system efficiency and the operating efficiency of the entire machine by its easy operability and low flow loss.


Appearance and Interior Decoration
1. The heating and ventilation system is equipped to create a good environment.
2. The adoption of the advanced domestic combined instrument table and anti-misoperation electric lock for startup represents the human-oriented thought; the installation of the wide and grand cab of Model 50 loader, the luxurious and comfortable interior of saloon car and the safe and fashionable colorless laminating windscreen effective in sound, head and vibration insulation and noise reduction show the humanistic care.


Structural Parts of 936H Wheel Loader
1. The enhanced structure is adopted for the front frame to make the frame more strong and durable; the prolonged body increases the rated load and improves the stability and digging force of the entire machine.
2. The oil cylinder with singly rocking arm, short tie rod and horizontal movable arm makes the operation more effective and faster.


Electric System of 936H Wheel Loader
1. The maintenance-free battery is adopted to ensure reliable performance.
  2. The imported air and waterproof plug-in wiring are adopted to ensure the reliability of the circuit.
 3. The integrated instrument panel is adopted to realize beautiful appearance and good visibility.
